Meet Tracy and Katie

Katie Petersen  is a force with an extraordinary heart who has touched so many people with her gifts. She is as knowledgeable as she is passionate about movement and our bodies. She is anationally ranked figure competitor, RKC kettlebell guru,  a cutting edge nutritional coach, and is recognizedas the “trainer’s trainer”. She is more than a motivator — she is a guide, a healer, and a woman who influences anyone who works with her to make life long change. Her compassion, and deep respect for her work translates into some of the best physical/spiritual experiences you will ever come across.

Tracy Bleier has been known for her soulful, poetic, transformational classes for nearly twenty years. She has trained hundreds of yoga teachers and has owned thriving yoga studios. The practice she so eloquently shares branches far beyond “yoga class”.  It is true human medicine where language is sacred;  movement is free; vulnerability, nurtured; And taking-yourself-too-seriously, an impossibility.  Her heart-spoken words weave commanding truths into soft subtleties through moving meditation, opening space for a deep state of interconnectedness where static dissolves, thoughts, quieted. The body rises. And healing is unmistakable.
