Is a force with an extraordinary heart, passionately sharing whole life wellness. She teaches through language of the body, helping people fully experience their intrinsic wisdom, softness, and strength.

Her expertise spans a multitude of areas as a Strength/Movement Coach, Sound Healer, Spiritual Guide, and Community Builder. With a special focus in nervous system regulation, she helps people cross mental barriers into deep inner exploration and empowerment.
